An important update about Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear customers and partners,

These are unprecedented times as we are all trying to manage the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our daily lives. Personal health and well being is our number one concern for both our employees and the general public.

Following recommendations from local, state and federal authorities, we have taken measures to follow the mandates to preserve the health of our employees in our offices and warehouses.

We have performed cleaning and disinfecting of our operational facilities to allow for a small crew of controlled individuals to continue the critical operations needed to continue business with as few interruptions as possible.

It has become clear over the last week that our products are serving an increased critical need by securely placing tablets in public space for telepresence and communication activity that has become a critical component in maintaining a safe distance between individuals to stop the spread of the virus.

We are continuing to ship product and working hard to maintain our inventory levels but due to production being impacted by the virus we do have some shortages. Please work with our Maclocks sales team to help find a reasonable substitute for your needs from our vast offering.

While placing orders please make sure to verify delivery addresses for buildings or shops that may be closed to prevent product from being returned.

Please note that that all products are shipped from European Union and you may be contacted by the carrier regarding duty charges when shipping to the United Kingdom. All prices on the website are ex. VAT.
